This Release and Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement (this "Agreement") is executed by Participant in favor of EO Jaipur and its parent organization, affiliates, subsidiaries, chapters, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents and representatives (collectively, the"Released Parties").

Participant hereby releases, forever discharges and covenants not to sue the Released Parties for any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, suits, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses (including attorneys' fees) of any nature whatsoever — whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen — arising out of or in connection with Participant's participation in the Event, including but not limited to claims for personal injury, illness, wrongful death, property damage or loss, regardless of whether caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the Released Parties.

Participant acknowledges and understands that participation in the Event involves inherent risks, including risks of illness, bodily injury, property damage or death. Participant expressly and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with attendance and participation, whether arising from the conduct of the Event, the condition of the premises, travel to and from the Event, or otherwise, known or unknown.

Participant agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Participant's acts or omissions during the Event
• Any claims made by third parties (including Participant's family members) relating to Participant's participation
• Any medical or rescue expenses incurred as a result of Participant's involvement in the Event

Participant consents to the use by the Released Parties of Participant's name, likeness, image, voice and/or appearance as may be captured in photographs, video, or other media ("Recordings") in any promotional, advertising or educational materials, in any medium now known or hereafter developed, without compensation or further notice.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, jurisdiction Jaipur, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

EO Jaipur reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change, modify, postpone or cancel any aspect of the Event at any time.

Participant acknowledges that any EO event voucher may be redeemed only once. If EO Global determines that a voucher presented at registration has already been redeemed for another event, Participant shall immediately remit payment equal to the voucher's face value in order to secure registration for RIE Jaipur 2027.
