Everything you need to know about 2027 EO South Asia RIE in Jaipur.
2027 RIE is open to all EO Members in good standing. Spouses/Life Partners (SLPs) as listed in the EO/Chapter database may attend only as guests of a registered EO Member. No one may register independently without an EO Member sponsor.
International Delegate Registration opens in April 2026 at GLC via our event website. Seats are limited due to capacity and will close as soon as we sell out. Full payment is required at the time of registration to confirm your seat — you'll receive a confirmation email upon payment.
Registrations for EO South Asia open at SALS. More information will be updated in due course regarding the same.

No cancellations or refunds once registration is confirmed — except if RIE is cancelled or postponed by EO Jaipur.
Ticket transfers are allowed up to 30 September 2026. Email us by then and pay any fee difference. Transfers aren't confirmed until full payment is received. Please refer to the Transfer Policy for more details.
Exceptions (refund on death in immediate family and medical reasons) require written documentation and are granted at EO Jaipur's discretion. Medical certificates will be requested for documentation and due diligence purposes.
Yes — voucher use is subject to EO Global verification and voucher terms. Each voucher is single-use; if found already redeemed elsewhere, you will be charged the voucher amount.
Spouses enjoy full access to learning sessions, socials, and ground transfers — just like members. Optional spouse-specific activities (city tours, wellness meet-ups) will be announced; participation is encouraged but not mandatory.
During registration, indicate any dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, allergies). Catering will feature labeled options and staff will assist on-site. For accessibility needs (wheelchairs, hearing assistance), email us in advance so we can make arrangements. On-site support is also available via the info desk.
We accept only Visa and Mastercard credit or debit cards via our PCI-compliant payment gateway. Other card networks (e.g., AMEX, Diners) and alternative payment methods are not supported. If you experience any issues completing your payment, please contact us within 48 hours for assistance.
All registrants will receive an official invoice for their registration fees by January 2027 end. Please ensure that your billing details are accurate in your registration profile. If you require any amendments or have not received your invoice by then, contact us.
Strongly recommended. EO Jaipur's cancellation policy is strictly enforced — even for illness, travel bans, or quarantine. Travel insurance can protect you against unforeseen events beyond our control.

No — individual travel and hotel bookings are not handled by the RIE team.
Yes — shuttle services will run between designated conference hotels and event venues (including off-site socials). Shuttle schedules will be shared via WhatsApp. If you miss a shuttle, visit the info desk for assistance or use your own transport.
Arrive the day before Day 1 to join any pre-event mixers and be ready for the opening evening soiree.
Depart the day after the final evening's closing celebration to ensure you don't miss the gala finale.
MyEO events are member-driven, optional experiences (e.g., cultural tours, wellness sessions, golf outings). Details and sign-ups will be available in the event app. Note: MyEO activities have separate fees and limited spots — register early.
No official childcare services will be provided during RIE Jaipur 2027. Delegates travelling with children are encouraged to make their own childcare arrangements through their hotel concierge or private providers in advance. Kindly note, the RIE does not offer any agenda for children.

Yes — the official RIE 2027 app will let you, closer to the event date, view session schedules & venue maps, connect with other attendees, and receive real-time announcements. Download links (iOS/Android) and login instructions will be emailed pre-event. If you encounter any tech issues, visit the on-site help desk or flag any volunteer/staff member for assistance.
Daytime learning sessions: Business casual (e.g., collared shirts, blouses, slacks).
Evening socials: Themes will be communicated closer to the event date.

No. RIE Jaipur 2027 will not provide access to session recordings or presentation materials after the event. All content is delivered live and remains the intellectual property of EO Jaipur and the respective speakers.
All sessions will be conducted in English. No simultaneous interpretation is planned; however, volunteers can assist non-native speakers on a best-effort basis.

Yes — every attendee must agree to a Release & Waiver, which assumes all risks of injury or loss during RIE, waives claims against EO Jaipur for negligence or accidents, and grants EO Jaipur the right to use any photos or videos of you for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

The closest airport is Jaipur International Airport (JAI), well connected with major Indian cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru, as well as several international hubs through direct or connecting flights. The airport is approximately 45–60 minutes by road from the main conference venue at Fairmont Jaipur.
Apply for your India Visa no later than 30 September 2026. Please make sure you apply for tourist visa by indianvisaonline.gov.in. We are happy to provide an invite letter, should you choose to apply for a category that requires one.
